Online Activity & Permissions Form

Each scout needs to have a combined activity choice and health permission form completed and returned
by 31st July 2024.

You MUST follow this up by printing your form out as a hard copy and hand to your leader to keep for his/her records.

Please print your form out BEFORE pressing the submit button! If you don't, it may be difficult to print due to how some web browsers work!

Bookings for 2024 open 1st April
This is the easiest way to reserve places.
Simply fill out the online form and then confirm your places by sending your deposit cheque asap. Note: places are not fully reserved until we have received your deposit.
Do make sure that you write your group name & booking contact name on the back of your cheque!
